InfoNet Request Approval System
The InfoNet Request Approval System allows the system administrator to set up conditions for approval of maintenance request. Using the approval system provides multiple layers of approval for work captured in the MPulse EAM / CMMS software. The request approval manager filters all requests coming in to the maintenance department by selected criteria. Requests meeting the criteria are routed to the appropriate approval process before coming to the maintenance office.

Using a browser, on any terminal, they may initiate a post-complete work orders, attach inventory and supplies used, assign personnel used on the job, and complete the work order, advancing it for final review and closeout automatically. All this can be done without creating additional clerical work, all in real time. As soon as the report is entered the data is available to other system users as needed.
