About the Role
We are seeking a versatile and dedicated individual to join our technical operations team. As a part of JBL Systems, you will be heavily involved in the day-to-day lifecycle of our products, from initial assembly and production to final shipping and receiving. This is a dynamic, hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality, accurate results to our customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembly & Production: Assist in the mechanical and technical assembly of products, ensuring all items meet our strict quality control standards prior to deployment.
- Shipping & Receiving: Package outbound shipments securely, generate accurate shipping labels, and track inventory. Receive, inspect, and route incoming materials and components.
- Quality Assurance: Visually inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies, maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship.
- Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment on the production and warehouse floor.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, assembly, technical operations, or warehouse environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret basic technical fabrication instructions, blueprints, or assembly schematics.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer skills required for utilizing inventory management, scheduling, and shipping software.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, perform manual tasks, and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or collaborate closely as part of a team.
